Chilerita de palmito – palm pickles innovation for the holidays

This is a traditional latinamerican product that combines the pickles and hot sauce with the palm hearts and spicy recipe.

La chilerita is on every table of Costa Rica and we want to share the beauty of spicing up your meal and adding also palms as a salad side dish.

Is true that palmito or heart of palm, is consumed on its purest form: cilindrical white steams; however the proposal to have this salad bar chunks into the spicy sauce is more than welcome by the population.
