Sial Paris is one of the best exhibitions for the world markets of innovation  in food.  Meetings and deals bring new business for the future: new opportunities. We will attend again to meet potential clients and  friends from around the world.

While visitors review the food trends in France and the World, Costa Rica exhibits a the Hall 8, Stand D20. Organized by Procomer presents a Pavilion with a Coffee Bar, where Coffee Factory Beneficio El Diamante will be showcasing daloö coffee.

The biggest Mission of the Region is opening its doors and Montaña Azul has already arranged the agenda with the visitors from all continents and the new catalog is going to be displayed: innovation in the canned cassava preserved only with salt and water. Trend with the canned heart of palm with reduced salt and health with the Organic pineapple in organic juice.

300+ companies from all the world come to Costa Rica and through 5000+ meetings represent a trade window to our companies.  Montaña Azul is already booked by companies from CentralAmerica, China, France, SouthAmerica, USA and the Caribbean.  Together the products will be evaluated and to new projects will be shared through our team.

Frozen products will take particular interest to this edition of the show as Pahola Arias confirms: “Montaña Azul is bringing frozen products for the first time to the visitors at the BTM 2018: the new frozen heart of palm is our protagonist and the tropical frozen products include banana leaves, frozen cassava, frozen plantains and fruit mix. The most important is to hear those ideas from each client, so that we learn from them”.

BTM CR 2018 is an annual event organized by PROCOMER in Costa Rica, find Costa Rica at the Stand of CostaRica Food Group Consortium.  The government backs up the event with an article where  it welcomes also 12 new countries visiting this year.

The biggest trade show of the food world, is taking place again in Koeln, Germany during 5 consecutive days, from 7 – 11 of October.  Montaña Azul will participate at the Hall 3.1 to show its products and also present its new operations as frozen food provider.  Come to Taste the future, as they say in Germany… and it’s true.

Every 2 years Costa Rica participates as part the group of exhibitors organized by the Promotion office PROCOMER and for this edition the organization includes games for the visitors, information stand, activies and also a cafeteria with our roasted CostaRican arranged by ICAFE coffee institute of the country.

Montaña Azul will be receiving visits of new potential clients and old good friends.  The company is disclosing the new projects involving the frozen new line and the stablished canned foods line, from where fruits and vegetable are exported to USA, Middle East, Europe, Asia, Caribbean and CentralAmerica.

Buyers Trade Mission into Costa Rica, Montaña Azul invites 19 to 21 of September!

Buyers Trade Mission Costa Rica welcomes companies from the all over globe to meet Costa Rican exporters. Montaña Azul with Agenda for two days is conformed by importers of roasted coffee, canned fruits and vegetables, frozen fruits importes, heart of palm distributors and supermarket chains for grocery products.

We are proud to introduce our new line of frozen products to this BTM event “As part of the 2017 BTM show, we invite all the companies to visit our facilities, come over, we are doors open and happy to receive friends.  Discover Costa Rica, and discover Montaña Azul ” says Founder Victor Arias Jimenez.

SIAL Paris 2016 – Montana Azul inspires business

80 % of the worldwide population will live in cities by 2050 and we are ready to cater for every one of those cities. The Paris Nord Villepinte receives Montana Azul team at the Hall 8, Stand F24, as part of the Costa Rica Pavilion.

Fruits & Vegetables growing methods evolve and adapt: frozen products, green coffee and tropical canned vegetables & fruits are part of the offer that the company is showcasing at the show this year.

The Export Department of Montana Azul meets this year 2016 with more potential clients than ever thanks to the great organization and the Food Trends from the show will feed the Sales Team with information for the new product development of the year to come.

The Palm ceviche success, Jalapeno Palmhearts entrance and the Mango in glass jars arrival to US, are among the new products to step on SIAL Paris presented by the company.  The Coffee DripBags arrival in Japan will partner with the Arabica Green Beans Microlots offered for the first time by the Coffee Division of the group in this show.

PLMA Amsterdam 2016 selects Montaña Azul products for its Idea Supermarket (r):

First participation of the company at the Food Exhibition PLMA Amsterdam starts with a warm welcome. The organizers chose 3 Products to be displayed at the Hall of the Idea Supermarket, which displays the best and most innovative examples of what supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retailers of all types are doing with their own brand.

The Jury of the biggest show of Private Label has chosen 3 of Montaña Azul product for its “Idea Supermarket”. As Chavy Dumpé, Manager of Sales and Marketing for the Show confirmed ” After sending samples to participate in PLMA’s 2016 New Product Expo, the committee of PLMA 2016 has selected the products:

– daloö coffee with aremoas & daloö drip bags,

– “Ready to eat” Cassava cans and

– the traditional recipe Costa Rica Ceviche de Palmito ”

The company products will be displayed in the New Product Expo – Idea Supermarket area, located in the RAI Elicium and can be seen by all visitors and exhibitors during trade show hours, from 23 to 26 of May in the RAI Exhibition Center Amsterdam.

This is the first time that Montaña Azul joins the Private Label Show in Holland, together with other two Costa Rican companies and the Procomer as organizer. Previously in the european SIAL Food Show, the company was distinguished by the SELECTION SIAL by the Juries.

Montaña Azul will be at the booth # 9111 in PLMA Amsterdam.

Viva México! : LAC Flavors October 8, a two day meetings event in Mérida, Yucatán

Yucatán México is receiving all the guests on the contact book of LAC Flavors Show.

These business meetings take place once a year in Latin America. Changing country every time and sponsored by the BID (Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo), LAC Flavors represents to Montaña Azul, a window to new markets.

LAC Flavors is an annual specialized business matchmaking meeting that brings together food exporters and international buyers to create new business opportunities.

Pamela Arias, Sales Director for Montaña Azul confirms “the BID carefully selected our company as a guest for this year’s edition. They realize we are making an effort to expand in quality, markets and to generate more opportunities to our communities. They are right, we do so. We are developing our brand Montaña Azul del Sol for new potential clients and old friends and we celebrate our own Montana Azul chick peas and green peas, produced at our facilities.  This means that you can get not only our Heart of Palm, Pineapple and our Cassava, but also new products. We are preparing for the second semester of the year , pineapple and papaya in glass jars continue to cross the Atlantic ocean and we will come to FancyFood to include more orders to the 2014 second half.

Cafe Daloö travels to NYC !

The big apple welcomes a new inhabitant !

Daloö Coffee will take the its first steps in United States at different stores in Queens, Manhattan, and NewJersey. This is part of a focus research that will validate the Boutique Coffee, produced by Agromercadeo El Diamante, a sister company of Montana Azul, responsible of the coffee Division.

The stores of Amish Market, Best Yet Market, Cucina Liberta, Garden of Eden, Gristedes, MortonWilliams, WestSide Market and Zeytuna, will offer to few of its customers to buy from their shelves our 250 g Daloo Coffee for a limited time. We will be having a result of this first study and our boutique coffee might be making it big in the city that never sleeps.

Daloö Coffee is a product dedicated for those coffee lovers that value an extra note of aroma in their coffee without loosing the intense flavor of an excellent roasted bean. Our coffee is collected by hand, dried by the sun and selected by a water process in our facilities.
